Founder & Director

Vinod's journey began in 2014 with a single vehicle on the Uber platform. Through dedication and perseverance, he expanded his fleet to 22 vehicles before the pandemic.

In February 2022, Vinod founded Clan Fleet Pvt Ltd, achieving a remarkable Rs. 5 crore turnover within the first year. Following the sale of Clan Fleet shares, Vinod leveraged his decade-long expertise in business operations to establish Q Fleet Pvt Ltd.

Today, Vinod continues to drive innovation and growth in the fleet management industry, solidifying his position as a respected entrepreneur and industry leader.

CB Sushma brings extensive experience from various private companies, where she honed her skills in operations management. She joined ClanFleet as the Operations Head, playing a pivotal role in streamlining processes and driving efficiency.

Currently, she serves as the Business Operations Director at Q’Fleet Pvt Ltd, where she oversees strategic planning, operational excellence, and business growth. Her expertise and leadership have been instrumental in shaping Q’Fleet’s success
